Types of Shipping

There are several options how to ship the ordered goods

Personal pick up in our shop at Šaldova 219/1, Praha 8

This type of shipping is free of charge. As soon as the goods are prepared to be collected the customer gets notification per e-mail or SMS. The goods can be collected any time in our opening hours (Mo – Thursday 13-18 p.m.) during following 3 working days from the notification. The cash payment is limited by law.

Czech Post Office (Insured Letter, Insured Parcel, Parcels) - customer pays

Czech Post Office delivers usually within 2 to 5 working days. If the customer is not caught on his delivery address he gets a notification in his mail box and the parcel remains stored at his delivery post office usually for the time of 15 days. This type of delivery is used for insured letters and insured parcels in all of Czech republic up to the value of CZK 25.000 for C.O.D. (cash on delivery) payment and up to the value of CZK 100.000 for prepayment; in Slovakia up to the value of CZK 23.592 for C.O.D. (cash on delivery) payment and prepayment; in Austria, Poland and Hungry for insured letters (we can not send insured parcels) up to the value of CZK 100.000 for prepayment; in Germany, excluding the island of Helgoland and the land Büsingen, insured parcels (we can not send insured letters) up to the value of CZK 13.320. The price of shipping stated in “Prices of shipping” for deliveries in Czech are valid for insured letters up to 500G und up to the value of  CZK 40.000 and for insured parcels up to 5kg and up to the value of CZK 20.000; for deliveries to Slovakia are valid for insured letters up to 500g and up to the value of CZK 23.592 and for insured parcels up to 5kg and up to the value of CZK 5.000; for deliveries to Austria, Poland and Hungry the price is valid for insured letters up to 500g and up to value of CZK 40.000; for deliveries to Germany the price is valid for insured parcels up to 1kg and up to the value of CZK 13.320. For deliveries exceeding the limit of weight the prices in “Prices of shipping” are not valid (the maximum value must be kept). The customer will be notified about the calculated price of his order.

Carrier (FedEx) – for the shipping abroad only - customer pays

FedEx delivers usually within 2 – 3 working days. If the customer is not caught on his delivery address he gets a notification about unsuccessful delivery with a phone contact. The carrier attempts by mutual consent to deliver the parcels again no later then in the next 7 days. This type of delivery is used for parcels up to 500g und up to the price equivalent to USD 1.000.
